Dezoitto

The facade was designed to highlight the volume of the building, unlike the surroundings where only balconies are visible from the street. Dezoitto presents itself as a monochromatic terracotta monolith, exploring shadows and textures to give depth to the facade. Balcony slabs, guardrails, and frames in neutral tones contrast and complement the main volume.
