Shortlisted Proposal - Weefor National Competition

The project concerns 41 housing units divided into two volumes. The goal is to produce quality housing, which is, at the same cost, larger and more flexible than the usual housing resulting from construction standards and urban parameters. The aim is to create spacious, pleasant, well-lit, and functional rooms.

With a horizontal base at street level, the buildings are integrated into the urban fabric, ensuring better spatial quality inside and outside the lot. Along the street, spaces intended for commerce meet the wishes of the neighborhood's residents, bringing practicality and comfort. The landscaping volumes and beds follow the building's rationality and orthogonality. A wide variety of species with vibrant colors complement the neutral tones of the development's facade.
