The founding intention of the project is the creation of a green park as a linear composition of generous public spaces and aquatic infrastructures capable of enhancing the sporting, recreational and economic use of the Charitas Seafront - making its urban renewal an opportunity to leverage the existing “ local sea economy” and a new sustainable architectural landmark for the city. The project recognizes water management and treatment as one of its central themes, something that deserves to be seen and recognized in its terms. Thus, the rainwater and reuse management system becomes a didactic display. The proposed idea is to have the water element as the conceptual theme of the project materialized in different ways throughout the park and its equipments.
