Praia

Located at the beachfront of Barra da Tijuca, in Rio de Janeiro, Praia was designed to seek flexibility, comfort, and efficiency. All 34 units are connected to large outdoor areas that allow for natural lighting and ventilation. The horizontality of the slabs in the facade contrasts with the lightness and movement of the vertical panels that provide privacy and protect the units from the afternoon sun.
