This penthouse renovation project aims to enhance both the spatial flow and functionality of the living spaces. By eliminating one bedroom and a toilet, the layout is significantly reimagined, allowing for a more open and fluid circulation throughout the home. The façade is extended by 1.5 meters, creating additional square footage and maximizing the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The former bedroom is repurposed to accommodate a spacious walk-in closet for the main suite, as well as a cozy home office area, optimizing the use of the available space. The kitchen, now seamlessly integrated with the living room, is designed as a sleek wooden volume, serving as both a functional and aesthetic centerpiece that enhances the overall warmth and cohesion of the open-plan layout. This transformation not only modernizes the penthouse but also tailors it to contemporary living needs, emphasizing comfort, elegance, and practicality.
